- Visits/Sessions: The number of times customers are visiting your site
- Number of Orders: Total number of purchases
- Revenue: Total sales amount
- Sales Conversion Rates: Percentage of visits that end in a purchase
- Abandonment Rates:
- Shopping Cart: Percentage of time customers add items to their cart but do not complete the purchase
- Checkout: Percentage of time customers enter the checkout but do not complete the purchase
- Exit pages: The page in which customers are leaving your site
- Average Order Value: Calculated by dividing total revenue to number of orders
- Retention Rate: Percentage of customers maintained overtime
